Problems of setting a goal:
- 1. People take it for granted, people are not consistent
- 2. People don’t take it seriously, don’t realize that when they set a goal they are creating something in life
- 3. People don’t know WHY they are going for that, find the reason

Why do goals really work?
- whatever we focus consistently we experience in out life - get consistent
- when you set a goal - you tell you conscious and subconscious that where you now are is not where you want to be - you notice distinguishes and you feel them, the brain then become dissatisfied and part of what motivate human action is the sense of dissatisfaction
- Create not only positive WHYs but also negative WHYs - what will be the price of you don't accomplish this.
